NHS Research Scotland is also committed to continuous improvement and we welcome any comments or suggestions you may have about our organisation. Please note we do not deal with enquiries relating to individual GPs, hospitals etc. These are dealt with by local NHS boards, of which there are 14 in Scotland. They are responsible for the protection and the improvement of their population’s health and for the delivery of frontline healthcare services.
